Application
The E12 Engine Exhaust Silencers are recommended for use on intake or exhaust of internal combustion engines in industrial areas where the surrounding noise levels are comparatively high and exhaust silencing is not critical. The E12 may also be installed on turbocharged engines for use in semi-residential areas.
Design
A multi-chambered silencer containing a special arrangement of volumes and air passageways to effectively reduce pulsations through the conversion of noise energy into heat. May be installed in horizontal or vertical installation.
Construction
All-welded steel construction for long service life. Exterior painted with high quality black heat resistant coating. Withstands temperatures up to 1200°. Flanges drilled to match 125lb. American Standard Flanges.Equivalent to Universal EN2, GT Exhaust Legacy 201-2100, Nelson 100, Maxim M22, and EM Products JI series silencers
